This notice explains what information Market & Pantry Co. collects through this website and our smart markets, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• When you contact us: your name, email, phone number, property or company name, and anything you write in your message.
• When you buy from a market: what you bought, when, and at which market. Payments are handled by our payment processors through Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card reader. We don't receive or store your full card number.
• Inside the market: our markets use cameras inside the cabinet to recognize which products are taken so you're charged correctly.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and set up or service a market.
• To process purchases, handle refunds and answer billing questions.
• To decide what to stock and when to restock.
• To prevent fraud and theft and keep our markets secure.

How we share it

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, payment processors and market software providers, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required for tax, accounting and legal reasons.

Your choices and California rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. To make a request, email yunus@marketandpantryco.com. We won't treat you differently for making a request.
